Routine that works for you

Are you motivating others or serving as a role model? Or can you look to others to get started with a consistent workout routine?

Are you working out regularly? Who is watching you? Who is being motivated by seeing you get after your goals?

Or, are you struggling to find a routine this time of year? What drives you and what can you fit into your schedule? Who can you use as a role model and inspiration to get there and get it done? Maybe someone at work would share their tips and even be a lunchtime workout buddy? Even if it is 10 minutes; start small and just fit something into your schedule – something that you enjoy now or think you will enjoy once you get over the hump of not wanting to go and not having it into your routine.
