Decision fatigue.

Making one decision to avoid constantly making the same type of decision.

While I appreciate variety in life, I also believe in decision fatigue. I think that morning routines, evening routines etc help me to live a more productive life aligned to get the most I want done.

A training plan or exercise routine is one thing that helps me with this.
