A good granola bar recipe.

I made these bars recently and I’ve enjoyed them! I rarely get bars to work so I was happy that these did. As usual I modified the recipe. Here’s my version:

  • 3 bananas.
  • .5 cup nut butter. I only had a little almond butter and then I used peanut butter for the rest.
  • 3 cups oats.
  • 3 cups puffed cereal.
  • Salt.
  • Cocoa powder. About 1/2 cup.

Mixed bananas and nut butter in food processor. Then added to the other ingredients. Moved to greased pie pan. Cooked 30 min at 350. Left in the fridge overnight. And they mostly stayed together when cut the next morning!!
