Embracing giddiness for accomplishing your workouts.

With a giddiness to his voice, he turned to me and said that “we can check that box.”

This was some person whom I have never met and we just happened to be leaving the pool at the same time. He was referring to getting our workout in for the day (or so I assume).

Even if sometimes getting a workout started can be difficult, if you get to feel that kind of happiness sensation at the end of it, that’s awesome! Giddiness in our day cannot be overrated.
