Consistency training.

Consistency is one of the characteristics I respond best to in the people around me. Tell me something once, and then change your story, and even if there are no ill intentions, my trust will be dented. Recoverable? Yes; but harmed.

Consistency in our interactions comes from remaining true to ourselves and honest.

However, that muscle can be strengthened with our actions as well as through our interactions. Training for triathlon helps to build that muscle when you show up, day in, and day out.
