New types of movement.

If you chose a workout tomorrow (or any type of good movement) that wasn’t swimming, biking, and running – what would it be?

If it didn’t have to be tomorrow, is there a sport, activity, or exercise class you have always wanted to try?

Try something new…tomorrow or make a future plan.

Does triathlon still feel new to you? I think it may always feel new! And that’s great, but trying different things is too!
