The ShowerPill is an athlete body wipe. It is a thick disposable cloth that allows for a quick clean-off after getting sweaty when you need to look presentable or just want to feel cleaner.

I do hate how wasteful they are, but they have come in really handy in some situations. I like having some around to bring with me in some ‘just in case’ situations.

I have used them on multi-day travel trips (as in 30+ hours in airports and on planes). Sure, paper towels can do some of the job, but these have made me feel much cleaner and can be used when paper towels are not a viable option. And there have been other occasions where I knew I wouldn’t be able to shower but wanted to get cleaner.
