When something goes wrong.

When something doesn’t go quite how you would like, do you first consider what you could have done to create a different outcome? Or is your first instinct to consider external factors such as the weather, other people involved, etc?

We learn more by asking how we were complicit in the outcome, and, after all, it is the only thing we can change.
