On Monday’s Masters (December 9th), we started a workout series of fly swimming that will go like this:
- 1 X 300
- 2 X 275
- 3 X 250
- 4 X 225
- 5 X 200 ….
You get the idea. I am not sure if we will be taking this all the way to Christmas, which is 17 days away. But we will see.
It’s kicking our butts in a delightful way (IMO).
What sort of fabulous ass-kicking challenge can you set for yourself around the holidays? Or are you already doing something similar?
According to Google, a holiday-themed swim workout is common, but I didn’t find this particular one. (And I actually have switched from Google to DuckDuckGo as my search engine, but they are not yet verbified the way that Google is).
