Sometimes I get people cold emailing me and telling me that they looked at my website (one of my handful of sites) and they know why people don’t engage with me…but they want to help me for free. Ha ha.

But here’s my question: how do these people know that my site isn’t doing exactly what I want it to do? I mean their basically saying : “your site sucks, but I’ll help you fix it in ways I don’t wish to disclose.”

It’s also entertaining that these people never tell me anything about themselves. Why should I trust you? What have you done? Who are you?

If that’s how people think businesses work… maybe that’s why so many businesses fail?

We need to build trust before we get the honor of helping each other.
