I watched, like a bird from afar, as my mood deteriorated. Within a ten minute period I could no longer make a coherent decision. While not facing a big decision at all, the little decision ahead suddenly felt monumental. Life or death. Happiness or misery.
I was simply tired. Too many hours on the go.
The solution? A few moments to breathe. Or a 17 minute meditation to get a fresh start.
That usually works for me. But we’re all different.

Are you able to recognize when your mood shifts and to turn things around? Do you know what you need to recover?
