When C work is better than A work that takes three times as long.

As I got sidetracked, scrolling through social media while deciding how to promote a new offering, I saw people out there taking action. I realized that if I didn’t spend so much time pondering how to get it right, it could be done and then I would have a lot more done over time. In this case, the end product will not be better because of my hours pondering. In this case, done is better than fully considered. Fear is getting in the way of action.

I recently heard someone say that sometimes C work is acceptable.

At times, quality is more important than anything else.

Other times, quantity is truly important, even if it’s your C work.

Knowing when it is time to focus on what is essential.
