We might present in a certain way for a reason.

We dress professionally at work based on the appropriate attire for our region, the work we do, the work culture.

It will be much different if you are a lawyer in NYC vs. Alabama vs. Anchorage, Alaska – which is even very different to Juneau, Alaska.

But we also much be mindful of who we want to be and who we want to attract.

You cannot please everyone in all you do, and it’s important to decide who you want to listen to. Listening to everyone is exhausting and you will tear yourself apart. Listening to no one gets lonely.
