What are you trying to learn?

It is likely that there is a finite amount of information that you will need to learn to become the world’s expert. Each piece of knowledge you acquire along the way gets you closer to knowing what is out there.

It is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. With each new piece that finds its place, you have fewer to choose from and it gets quicker and quicker to solve.

It doesn’t mean that you won’t build on the existing information, but sometimes it is good to take comfort in knowing that by building your knowledge there is less out there to acquire.
