Who am I? Who are you?

One of the easiest ways to change behavior is to decide that you are now a person who “…”.

I am a person who exercises 6 days a week.

I am a person who eats vegetables with every meal.

I am a person who keeps a tidy house.

I am a person who keeps my promises.

Etc…

I think this works. I also think that we have to really want to make the change, to be the person who “…”. And sometimes deciding who we want to be is challenging, and it changes overtime.

Who are you?
