Sometimes it is best to take the easy road to a new, healthy, habit. When we want change, it doesn’t always have to be difficult to effectuate.
Want to exercise more? Find some type of movement that you love to do, and start by doing more of that. Nothing appealing to you? Start out super small. I have heard of people setting a goal of simply lacing up their running shoes. They didn’t have to go, but eventually they started running or walking more.
Want to read more? Read books you love to dive into. It doesn’t have to be the top literary fiction, fall in love with reading and then move into more complicated material.
Want to eat better? Pick one thing – drink more water today, eat an extra serving of vegetables, etc!
