Using tech to help customers.

I’m tickled when people use technology in creative ways.

I went to a store… during the Coronavirus pandemic…and the store had a virtual wait-list. I scanned a QR code to get to a website to sign up. I knew my place and countinually check my place.

I bet this was super easy to set up…and yet, how many businesses are taking the time and effort? This measure is for the customer, a business could easily think it’s not for them or not worth the effort.

I recently heard someone say something along the lines of : if you aren’t out of your comfort zone with technology, you aren’t doing enough to stay ahead.

How can we mix staying on top while asking what we can do for others? How can we give someone else a better experience- in business or our life’s affairs?
