What if you do less?

What happens if you cut your daily to-do list in half?

Are you left with only the really important things? Do you ultimately achieve just as much on a more manageable level? Perhaps you will stop beating yourself for not completing all the tasks you set out?

If it doesn’t feel right, you can go back to where it was.

Sometimes we bite off more than we can handle, and the weight of it all may be unhelpful.
