Interest.

Interest drives knowledge.

Interest drives energy.

When we are learning something new and we are passionate, nothing gets in our way. We dig in where needed, and dig deep to figure it out. We pick up all we can learn from others and then build on it.

Where does interest come from and where do we want more of it? Sure, some of it is innate. But sometimes we can create it by finding the right thing to get curious about.

Are you lacking interest? What could you do to find it this week?

If in a funk, that may mean doing the hard work of getting out of your own way – something as simple as going out for a walk or eating healthy meals all week. Create the foundation to be interested. Find self-confidence in the ways you know you can, then start, slowly, finding interest in that new thing.
