Dread vs. flow state.

How much of your ‘must do’s’ do you dread? What percentage of your week would you calculate are items you don’t want to do? And how much energy does that take?

For example, you might hate doing 10% of the work, but is it taking over 90% of your thinking and energy?

Are you comfortable with the answer?

If too much of time or energy is dread, how can you change it? Do you need an attitude change or a life change? Both work, but sometimes it is too much for just an attitude change. We only get one shot, and a life with more time in flow state might be closer than you think if you let yourself find it.
