Step 1.

Habits and behaviors can have triggering effects on eachother, so how do you set yourself up for success?

Waking up early may lead to a more productive day overall; perhaps because you get quality time before the world starts and set yourself up for success, or maybe because it’s the only time you can fit a workout in.

People say you cannot out run a bad diet, but I know that for me they go hand in hand. When I am exercising a lot, it helps me naturally control my diet. I both want to eat better to fuel the heavy exercise load, but I also tend to eat less. (A long, complicated story as to why I think this is the case).

What building block, what habit, could you start now on a small scale that will make the most difference by making it easier to start other habits aligned with living your best life?
