Sometimes people don’t get back to you because they have horrible customer service.

And other times it is because they have a technology glitch.

Maybe they didn’t receive your email or phone call. Maybe the contact form on their website isn’t going through and they didn’t realize it.

Sometimes we are right to be pissed. But other times it might just be good to follow up with someone that you thought you would hear from.
