Is there an area of your life where you are really motivated to change some days, and then other days you don’t care and fall into old habits?
I am starting to play with the concept that we may struggle most in areas that we don’t truly want to change. It may be that your true self does, and you are having an internal battle and not fully on board yet. That internal battle will need to play out before the change happens.
But, it might also be that you feel you should change because of outside influence. However, if your internal, true, authentic self, doesn’t actually want to make the change – then this could be the struggle you are feeling.
