I am in a FB group of business owners similar to myself, and people are sharing their goals for the new year.

What I LOVE the most is how DIFFERENT each person’s goals are!

One person’s primary goal is to build a successful business but working just 6 hours a day, from home, so she has afternoons to spend with her kids taking them to activities.

Another has a goal to hit the six figure mark, and others even higher.

I have financial goals, but also have goals this year about adding benefits, better systems, and self-development.

For our businesses and our lives, there is no one size fits all. This is the beauty, yet trusting ourselves to guide us to what we really want is no small feat. There is no shortage of people telling us what to want.
