Rethinking: think first, then act.

Think before you act.

This is probably advice you have heard before. It sounds reasonable. But what if we turn around?

I recently heard Marie Forleo advise to act before you think.

Don’t think about how much you don’t want to get out of bed in the morning, just do it. Lace up those running shoes and get going without giving yourself an option or time to think about it. Don’t overthink sending an important email, just do it.

Maybe I need to do more of this with outdoor cycling. Stop thinking and worrying, just get on my bike and go!
