Energy cycles.

You know those days when you have boundless energy and feel great at the end of the day about your accomplishments?

Compare that to a day when you feel lethargic, uninterested in whatever you want to get done that day. Blah.

We will all have days or parts of days in each category, but we should strive to have more of the high energy moments. Exercise, sleep, eating in a way that’s right for your body will all help get you there.
