As a health coach I try to spread the idea that the diet that works best for you may not be the same diet that works for your neighbor (diet meaning way of eating, not dieting for weight loss).

Learn about your body. The exercise to make it thrive. The foods that give you optimal energy.

Let’s celebrate what makes us unique instead of try to emulate our neighbor.
