I stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a fitness center.
But they did offer this gym bag to workout in your room.
Not a whole lot, but I made the most of it with my gymnastic bodies workout. In fact, some workouts use bands that I do not yet have at home, so I made use of the bands in my gym bag.
I didn’t quite know what to do with the 3lb weights….but they ended up working perfectly as a counter balance to get into a full squat (sitting down from a standing position without bringing your heels up off the ground – I cannot do it on my own, but with a weight or holding onto something I can make it work).
