Take a deep breath.

Sometimes the best thing you can do when frantically stressed is to stop, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.

Unless you are truly in the midst of something critical in that moment (performing CPR for example), a breathing break will probably always help move you in the right direction and likely more than continuing to plow forward in a frantically stressful state.

Frantic stress could be caused by work, family, or travel.
