Systems are great when we know what we want to do. But we must try options first to decide on a good system and then decide how to implement it. We don’t know what works until we try it.

A system could be a routine, the type of food that makes you feel the best or the set of things to do each evening so that you sleep well, or the things you do when you first get up to set yourself up for a successful day.

It’s also how you get things done at work, or how you provide clients with a great experience through a set number and timing of communication.
