How do our decisions change if we start to think of energy as our most valuable resource?
Think about it. You have a to-do list. Do you always stick with the absolute most important things first? Or do you structure your day based on what you have the energy to get done at any given time?
Are you more productive some days than others? Some times of the day?
Time is irrelevant if you do not have the energy to do the task at hand in the best, most efficient way possible. Thus, I think the key to unlocking our potential is to manage our energy the best. This touches all aspects of our lives from sleep, eating, managing stress, managing relationships – all of it!
