I read a passage that a growing company is always changing. The process’ used are constantly changing as they adapt to growth, and also make the little things better along the way.

You can have something that works. And still work to make it better.

For some of us this way of thinking is novel. Shouldn’t the thing be perfect before it goes out into the world?

But that is silly. What is perfect? Aren’t we always in a state of improving or going stale? Maybe it’s okay to have something that works, while still working to make it better.
