Pushing into discomfort.

Nerves have an odd way to focus us into something.

Many of our greatest moments in life come amidst nervousness. I hear many famous performers continue to get nervous before performing throughout their career.

We often seek comfort, yet, it is the discomfort that often leads to the biggest, most joyous, breakthroughs.

Too much, too often, is probably incredibly bad for our health. But when was the last time you experienced the nauseous, pins in the stomach, feeling at just the right amount to make you feel alive when it subsided?

If it has been awhile, how might you push yourself just a bit into your discomfort zone in a meaningful way?

If that sounds horrible on a personal level, how can you make it about someone else? Can you share something meaningful with others in a way that pushes yourself?
