I was worried about something. I felt I was supposed to do X, but it just didn’t feel right. What is wrong with me? How do I shift my mind set to feel okay about doing X?
Turns out that I can choose to do Y and meet the better objective.
Someone pointed out that if we are uneasy about something, maybe we should listen to that voice and figure out what to modify instead of plowing forward thinking something is wrong with us.
Trust the instinct. Trust our internal monitor. Sometimes it might have something important to say.
