The Four Tendencies.

Gretchen Rubin created a framework to think about how different people achieve their goals called the Four Tendencies. While I find it simplistic and am not sure which tendency I am, I still often turn to it in my mind when interacting with someone. Perhaps because of the simplicity, it makes it easier to use to think about how and why someone might be responding a certain way.

You can take the quiz to find your type here. I get different answers at different times, most recently I was a rebel. Perhaps it will help you understand yourself better – or those you interact with.
