Even though you might fail.

What if you set goals at the level that you will definitely fail approximately 50% of the time?

If we set goals we know we will achieve we are probably selling ourselves too short. And yet, the alternative is scary, so most of us don’t do it and don’t even think we should.

Sometimes we need to play it safe because the consequences are too great. If you have young children and your family relies on your income, don’t quit your job to start a company that might fail. Put the necessary safety measures in place, and then see how you might rearrange goals.
