Showing up.

Some of the Peloton instructors appear slightly nervous, but most appear to be entirely themselves – showing up in a big way and in a unique way. There is a large variety of instructors. Some of them I love, some of them I like occasionally, and others I choose not to work out with.

But I love seeing those who show up fully to be uniquely themselves.

I love that they don’t all try to appeal to everyone. Because they could. They could tone it down, and it is clear to see that by toning down, more people would like to workout with them…and fewer people would love working out with them.

How do you want to show up? And are we brave enough to be true to ourselves, recognizing that it means more people will be drawn away while others drawn towards?
