What does it mean to lead from within an organization? How can someone with an entrepreneur spirit find a job and still thrive?

This is a term I recently learned, but I love the concept. For those of us building businesses that we want to do something new, and to be continually creative, how can we attract people to join us to build the business and use their own skills rather than fitting them into a box of tasks that we want them to do?

People can be a puzzle. And I think that they can help us figure out where they will fit the best within the organization. And maybe if we can get the word out that we will work with people to find what works for them, we can find the right people?
