Sometimes, maybe usually, we learn and improve best when there is a problem to be solved.

Sure, I try to always make improvements, but if things are working, then maybe it’s best not to try to fix them. And education must come at the right time.

I recently enrolled in some additional education and services to set up some systems…however, I am left at a loss to really understand what we are doing. I recognize on an academic level how it might help, but because I do not have a struggle in that particular area, I am not able to truly be invested.

Wait too long and crisis can set in, but show up too early and it will be a useless investment.
