The right fit.

I was recently introduced to the business identity framework from Tony Robbins which categorizes business leaders into three buckets: managers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries/artists. The idea is that we lead with different powers, and also that every organization needs people with different strengths.

I think it is freeing to recognize that we cannot be all the things. But it is also a risk to bring in the people that will help round out the organization. Or it may feel like a risk, or letting in vulnerability, but if we find the right people I think it will also feel ‘right.’ And then magic just might happen.
