It is often a business owner’s or manager’s job to make decisions. Lots of them, throughout the day.

And in making decisions, you can either be someone who keeps things moving along. Or you can let them stack up on your desk because you need more time to quote “think about them.”

There are certainly some decisions that will benefit from taking some time thinking about them. But it is easy to put more decisions in that category than are needed. Sometimes it works really well to say, “I like that concept. Please run with it for me.”
