One definition of Spuddle found in the Urban Dictionary “is to waste time and not get on with the task at hand.”

As I prepare not to have access to phone and internet for a week and must focus on what is most important to complete, I recognize how much time I waste not entirely focused on the next right thing. I am keenly aware of how much time I spend simply deleting emails that are not important to me!
