Appreciation.

I was recently introduced to a practice of writing out 3 things that I appreciate about myself each day, alongside 3 things I am grateful for (a practice I have been consistent with for a couple years now).

How comfortable are you writing out what you appreciate about yourself? What about trying and seeing what happens?

Loving ourselves is a powerful place to start from. Turns out it actually strengthens connections with others instead of harming it. So many of us walk around in self-criticism, saying things to ourselves that we would never say to others. This isn’t strong, it puts us in a place of weakness. This one practice might start moving you in the right direction.
