A quad check-in.

I was introduced to a concept (thanks to the Hoffman Process) of checking in with four parts of ourselves each day: physical body, emotional self, intellectual self, and spiritual/authentic self.

It’s a great way to start the day. What is your body telling you, and what does it need today? Is your emotional self being heard; what does it need? And how is the intellect, is it taking over all other areas of yourself, or are you actually living in emotion and setting your intellect aside? And are you listening to that inner voice? What does it need today?
