Living in the moment

We can’t do much more than live in the moment when doing interval training.

I think that one of the greatest things about interval training is that it is difficult not to live in the moment. When you have just a couple of minutes to really push it, you need to focus on that push. I can’t say my mind doesn’t wander, but I try to focus on bringing it back in and trying to push my hardest.
