Stress from the inside.

I talk a lot about how we perceive things and how we choose to view what happens to us. It is easy in today’s world to get worked up and feel you must do everything and let the stress get to you. At least for me it sure is easy. I love to be busy but being relaxed busy is something I only aspire to. It is easy when I have a lot going on to get wrapped up in things. I am sure it is horrible for my health.

I write this in the midst of one of those high-stress days. It is interesting from the inside to realize that I’m doing it to myself. But this used to be my norm so it is amazing to see that it isn’t currently. It is possible to change in the right direction… even if sometimes there are a few steps backwards.
