An outside perspective.

No matter how hard we try, we may not be able to see why we are successful, or why we are having trouble or failing at something. We may not recognize our own strengths because when it’s easy for us, it is difficult to realize that it’s difficult for other people. And when other people don’t like it, it’s difficult to understand why, if we created something because we like it.

It may be obvious to your neighbor, friend, or partner.

If you want to know, how can you ask in a safe way?

If you don’t have anyone to ask safely, who could you reach out to as an advisor? A tri coach? A career coach? A counselor? Is it worth it?
