When things go wrong and we feel failure and frustration, if we give some space it will allow us to get things done that we have been putting off.
And that is a better result than continuing to shove the thing we don’t want to do to the back of our minds.
Regret is miserable, but sometimes it boosts us to action. Important to realize when action is necessary vs. when it is best to let the negative feelings go and to not be so hard on yourself.
