What is one goal you are working towards?

What is your next step towards achieving that goal?

Are you playing along? When you thought about the second question did you think about the reasons that you were not achieving your goal? Did you think about what you wanted to do and immediately go to why you couldn’t do it?

It is easy to think and negative terms. You want to achieve the goal but damn those things getting in your way.

Instead, what about thinking what you can do? What is within your control? What is one step you can take tomorrow?

Or perhaps you need to step back and think about whether that goal is really what you are wanting right now.
