Sometimes I think business stories are just nuts! Businesses can go years and years before they are profitable – and it is just expected. I worry about the pressure this puts on founders who rely on outside money (or just need to pay themselves someday) in terms of the decisions made.

But one thing is for sure, it can change your mindset about money if you are deciding if and when you can pay yourself.
